Pepper Spray is a self defense product derived from hot cayenne peppers. Our pepper spray contains 10% & 15% Oleoresin Capsicum, with a 1.5 and 2.0 million Scoville heat unit rating!
Oleoresin Capsicum pepper spray is an inflammatory agent, unlike Mace or tear gas. When sprayed in the face, Oleoresin Capsicum pepper spray will cause temporary blindness and restricted breathing. The effects of the pepper spray last for 30 to 45 minutes. This pepper spray is non toxic, nonflammable, and will not deteriorate with age. Each of the pepper spray units can be fired several times at distances up to 20 feet depending on the model.
Since Oleoresin Capsicum pepper spray is an inflammatory agent, unlike mace, it is effective against those who feel no pain such as psychotics, drunks, or drug abusers. Our pepper spray also contains ultraviolet dye for police identification.

In most States, Pepper Spray is legal. Some States do sell to Law Enforcement ONLY. I don't feel any Judge would convict anybody for protecting themselves during an attack. It is against the law to use Pepper Spray to commit a crime.
Where can I carry Pepper Spray?
Pepper Spray is prohibited at airports. If you are traveling, pack your Pepper Spray in your suitcase. DO NOT pack your Pepper Spray in your purse or carry on because the airport security will confiscate the Pepper Spray. Otherwise, I have not seen nor heard of any other problems.

What is the expiration date of Pepper Spray?
Since the Pepper Spray is made from "Food Grade Red Pepper" there is no "expiration" date. The manufacture recommends to test fire (0.5 seconds) one half of a second every 3 months. This would mean that you would need a new can every 2 years. The only thing to go bad or out is the propellent and that is the reason for the recommended test fire.

Pepper Spray Key chains and Pens with both spray about 7 to 12 feet. Of course that depends upon wind direction.
